Today really can be your turning point. Make a decision to do something different. Get more support, try new things...go farther than you've gone in the past for your recovery. This could be the start of Chapter 2 :)

You're never alone here Marissa. At any given point someone is struggling with something similar. Loneliness can cripple. It crippled me for many years. Recognize you have great value and are loved. Take confidence in that fact.
