My Story
So here we are Jan 3rd, I've always been a drinker, mostly lager.
I've hit it hard over the festive period and decided I'm taking a month off booze. In a normal week I drink only one day (Saturday) but I count down the days until then and I hammer the beers down, feeling laboured until usually the Tuesday.
Alcohol is my idea of fun, my way too relax and to admit that makes me feel very sad.
It doesn't affect my ability to work or raise a family and I'd be frightened to 'never' drink again or admit I have a problem which I'm guessing in itself is a problem.
So today I start back at the gym.
