There is life after alcohol, most of us here can attest to that. Get a detox plan together and stick to it this time. It's tough in the beginning but the cravings do go away if you give it enough time.

This is hard. Sometimes it feels impossible. I have to believe it's doable - that I'm strong enough, and things will get better.
