Let's see what tomorrow brings

111 hours since my last drink and just took my last 5mg of Librium. Sleep still sucks. Food is hit or miss. Looking forward to my first alcohol/benzo free day

134 hours alcohol free and now 24 hours benzo free. I had a good day. Had a couple of cloudy moments but I worked through them. I fought through the lethargy and got in over 11,000 steps today. It gave me an appetite and I was able to keep it down without having to take my zofran. Now, if I could get some sleep

Great work Mester. Sleep will come, try some relaxation/breathing exercise before bed perhaps?
