I'm sitting here watching LOTR(Extended edition) with a monster headache. No shakes yet but I feel them coming. I stopped drinking but not all the alcohol is out of my system. Heart rate is up. But not crazy up. Swallowed some l-glutamine, took my multi plus some extra complex-B. Counting every second, minute, hour. At least I have the week off. This is going to be rough...

Don't rule out medical help if things get too bad Mester. Withdrawals can be dangerous in some situations. Better to be safe than sorry

Not good. But not horrible either. Got a bit of sleep in. Got some food down. Stepping stones. My impatience is my worst enemy
