Told I look tan

Told twice that I look tan. Quit over a week ago. Is it because I was gray and shallow, and now hav color and no bloat? Or the beginning of jaundice (no yellow in eyes).

My complexion improved dramatically as I got sober, along with a lot of other positive physical changes. If you have concerns see your doctor, but it's ok to feel better! Congrats on 5 days!

Please, go see your doctor. My mother looked "tan" and it turned out to be hepatitis she got in Mexico. It's probably nothing but a liver panel would be a good idea?

Probably a good sign.
Stay sober for even more improvement.

I'm always mega pale, but I remember that there was a phase where I kept being surprised by compliments about my skin... glowing / soft / clear were words I heard. I'd never ever had a skin compliment. But then, I suppose my skins has always been affected by bad diet and alcohol since my teens (when I certainly DIDN'T have good skin lol). I think it took a good few months of being sober before that happened for me though.
