Then the thing to do is go to the closest emergency department. They will not turn you away, but be very clear that you are having adverse withdrawal symptoms and need help, because like you said here, you can't live like this any more. Let them know you are serious about getting better and they will help you.

I agree with the emergency room. They are going to be able to help you immediately. If you're physically addicted, withdrawl can be very dangerous. They can monitor that, and give you things to make you more comfortable.

Then, as soon as you're out, your dry, call that number back or just find out when the meetings are and go.
