Hello out there. I have been following this site for sometime and find your posts very helpful to my quest for sobriety. After 40 plus years of daily boozing I am on day 337 of no alcohol. Thank you.
Hi Jimmy! Congrats on all that wonderful sober time. We're so glad to have you join us. I drank almost 30 yrs. myself - this community helped me find the strength & courage to change my life.
I 35+ year user my self, Jimmy. I very interest to hear more of your journey.
Maybe. But that why it all the more of interest to me. I mean, I know why people who has "been through" shht turn to harmful coping mechanism. But why is someone with "tame" story do so? You see?
PS. It not make you suffering any less painful, nor you accomplishment any less extraordinary.

Thank you all ! Day 343 without a drink. 49 weeks! In terms of bottles and sense
this is how it pours out.
57 cases of yuengling @
$18.18 per case = $1036.36
171.5 jugs of opici homemade bar
berone (the highest volume of
alcohol that i could find) @ $14.97 per jug
$2,567.35. That's a total savings of
$3,6037.35 since. December 03, 2015.
That number does not include numerous
handles of vodka and dewars.
Thanks again and it is possible to quit boozing after 45 years of drunkeness.
Thank you. God! !!
