I hope everyone is well.
it's possibly 9 months since I last logged onto this forum. Last time I did, I was living in Belgium and was going through a particularly low point, both emotionally and in terms of alcohol use. I was planning on quitting university, had stopped attending classes and spent many days at home drinking.
I'm happy to share that I've found my feet. I haven't drank alcohol for five months.
I feel grateful for the experience I had working as a volunteer at Scope, a charity which aims to support disabled people.
I am finishing my degree and even running a marathon next year for that charity!
