I've taken a few stabs at dabbling in programming over the past few years, but I never made it very far. I'm hoping to give it another shot now that my brain will stay a little clearer.
You should post pictures of your work! I've been thinking about doing this again because it really slowed my mind down when I did it in the past. However, I don't have the skill or patience to do a good job on detailing, so I satisfy myself with looking at all the great work other people do.

Early in sobriety, I got into building model cars, motorcycles, airplanes, rockets, tanks, ships... I used to do this when I was a kid, and now I have a couple dozen models strewn around the house and at work, plus several more given away as gifts.
