I took a flying leap off the wagon this weekend. This is the first time I've been sober since Friday afternoon. Trying to get myself together again. I'm hoping I can get into the habit of coming here when I feel like reaching for booze. Bummed out with myself, but trying to get back on track. :/

Welcome back WeekendShadow. Have you considered joining one of the monthly groups? Having some daily accountability can really help. There are also "weekender" threads in the newcomers section for those wanting some extra support over the weekend itself.

Either way, glad you are back and hope you can stick with us!

That's a good idea. Maybe that'll help me not fall into complacency as easily as I have the last couple of weeks.
