I see another one above me, early 30s. I think this is the time for fixing what's not working, even if one is not an alcoholic, while we still have lots of time to enjoy whole lives. Let's not wait til we're 50, 60 and wonder where it all went.

Day 4 in the books . Watched my San Francisco Giants lose to the Cubs but I'll remember the game, unlike the past . Since I have been of drinking age sports and beer have been pretty much synonymous... Then again I made beer synonymous with everything.
Brenda , congrats on 46 days , that's wonderful . It inspires me. I agree , it is time for us to get sober, the best time is now . I want to be the person I'm supposed to be , the one I used to be .

34 here and I reached a breaking point last year. Time to really reflect on what has been going on and what tomorrow looks like. It certainly will get no better the longer you refuse to make some drastic changes to your lifestyle. It only gets worse, the older you get.
