I love Sober Sunday mornings

One of my absolute favorite weekly things is to wake up sober on Sunday morning and enjoy a cup of green tea with probably too much honey. I just feel so happy when I'm reflecting on all the things I did right, instead of all the things I *wish* I would have done instead. I hope everyone had a healthy weekend.

Great post! I like to get up early and go into town and walk around, it's like a ghost town at 7:30 and no one is on the road!

Waking up sober is priceless to me! A wonderful thing!!

Sober Sunday mornings ARE the best. One of my favorite things is to go for my long run on Sunday mornings and part of that run goes through downtown past the bars I used to frequent.... Feels so great to run past feeling refreshed, happy, sober, and alive. Whenever I feel like I miss drinking and going out on the town, I remember the feeling I have waking up sober the next morning....
