Heh... got stomach cramps, bloating, my joints ache, can't stand up straight. And I'm actually happy about it! It has nothing to do with drinking!! I may be legitimately sick.

Fancy that!

I'm just getting over my first sober cold. Amazing, but it's been 6+ years since I've gotten a cold, and honestly it reminded me a bit of my final detox at times.

Hope you feel better! I'm right there with you actually... it's my first time being sick since I have been sober. Back then, NO sickness or illness would have stopped me from drinking. Glad I can deal with my sickness the proper way and without alcohol this time.

No amount of denial will make this cold and chesty cough go away.
People tell me to go home and get well.
I can't hide it.

Acceptance is key.

Just woke up around 4am to put a ham in the oven. Still got cramping, not as bad as last evening.

yeah good problems to have. I'll **** and moan about pains i have in my feet and such and then i have to remind myself its from too much running and it could be like all the body aches or pains i had from falling down or being to drunk when i drank.

I'll take the sore feet from too much running over that.

good problems to have.

Meh. I think it was too much fruit... wife has been drying apples and I was hammerin' 'em pretty hard the past few days. Woke up this morning feeling fine.
