I am always emotional, but when I'm sick, I almost enjoy it...I slow down a bit, and just look after myself. I think it's because there's no guilt....I didn't do this to myself (again) by drinking two bottles of wine last night...it almost makes me feel like a 'normal' person....just a cold, or the flu like everyone else, no secret shameful nightmare hangover.
