Big Life Changes Support Group Part 3
I love that you guys loved the Anne of Green Gables books. Lucy Maud Montgomery was a much-loved Canadian born in Prince Edward Island. I had the pleasure of living there for a couple of years and visiting the 'Anne' area. I, too, found the story of the misfit Anne helped me to survive a 'war-zone' home. Books have saved me so many times.
Suze, I know you are smiling as you pack and plan the last details of your trip, and I am smiling with you every step of the way. You are so brave and I just know you're following your soul's path.

Caramel, this will sound silly, but I refused to read them. Lol. I just couldn't bring myself to read those three books after the Anne series was over. I believe I grieved in some way the end of that series.
I know of Emily of New Moon but have never read it. Maybe I should!
I have lived in four states and have carried around my Anne books everywhere. They are in my office now on a top shelf of one bookcase.

Emily of New Moon, Emily Climbs and Emily's Quest. I have read them each several times in adulthood: vivid characterisations and descriptions as L.M.M. does so well, a fascinating story-line running through the series, and a satisfying conclusion.
Are You There God, It's Me Margaret, and
Heads You Win, Tails I Lose
No clue....Haven't been to an airport for a million years. But you know me ~ everything is an adventure. I will probably make friends in the customs line....or people will want to kill me. One way or another, it should be fun.
And flying doesn't bother me at all....I figure that I survived myself for a very long time when I was so sure I would die; I think God has plans for me.

The 'ole rooster ain't what he used to be.
Hi Suze.
I spent the better half of yesterday
finishing a computer build, managed to
sneak in a nap, then stood up and watched
the presidential debate. Next thing I realized,
it was 11:30.
Actually I was up at around 3:30,
but lingered til 4:30.
4 hours wasn't enough.
Should be busy at work.
It's Columbus day.
Many are off.
So, when's blastoff?
