Just a couple of things that may help. The marvelous and crappy thing about having a job that does not pay much is another job like that is around the corner. Spend some time thinking about how you want your life to play out twenty years from now. The bad part about shoveling other people's crap is it becomes a habit. If nothing else once you stand on your own two feet you will have your own respect.
