Yet another life claimed

My husband passed away on Sunday. After 12 years of heavy weekend binges he decided to quit in April. His liver couldn't take the withdrawl I'm assuming and started throwing clots. After two months of running around trying to figure out what was going on with him a clot made it's way to his brain and caused a massive stroke. I don't know how the docs missed it... but that's another rant. Please see a doctor before you quit so they can monitor you.

He was only 43. He thought he had years before it would get the "old" man in him... It didn't care about his age.
