Are you sick & tired of being sick & tired?

How about including your family and gf. You will be in the company of people who love you and who don't like drinking. If you find yourself craving beer return your focus to the group. They would likely rather support your desire to be a 'hero.'
Our drinking mind are undisciplined minds, and we have to be careful to keep them on the right path - sort of like keeping an undisciplined puppy from wandering off. Practice.

I want to quit but i cant.
yeah I said that too - but eventually it got to the point of either quit or die.

You have a great chance of stopping now before you even get to that point, - if you're prepared to commit to change, and put in the effort required alkolik?

Oh dear! At 29 (and not yet a problem drinker) I still had A LOT of growing up to do anyway. You are obviously mature enough to confront the issue, and it sounds like you really want this. I have faith that you will find your way.
Stay well and keep posting

Why not just get yourself to a local meeting. Talk to them.
Plus, it isn't fair to let your girlfriend go ahead and marry an alcoholic unwittingly. You really should come clean with her about the drinking. You might find that she loves you and wants to support you. You might not. But marriage and all that comes with it is a serious commitment, and she should know what she's getting into. Especially as you're not yet willing to get help to stop and stay stopped.

I know that sounds harsh, but this is her life as well as yours you are messing with here.

I wish you well in your future sobriety and recovery . You CAN do this. Once you accept that you can't win a battle with alcohol and decide to never take that first drink, and get yourself a plan of recovery and stick to it.
