Smoking and alcohol
 

I just noticed something about myself. Ive drunk alcohol for years with cigarets, those two always like as one for me now.

When i stop drinking even cant smoke because its makes me hunger for a bit alcohol. Its better to stop both of them. If possible.

Or if i drink a bit its not possible without cigarets. Its psycholojical. Evrything inside brain. God helps.

Addictions can certainly become intertwined. Are you considering quitting both?

Yes i must. I cant stop wit 2 beers 3 cigarets thats the problem.

Actually sometimes one cigaret is goot to relax i exprnded that few times, didnt get angry and smoke one cigaret its not that bad.

Or thinking about business? Drink two beers its makes the machine work better or there is football on tv? Drink one beer.

I cant do that :( when i start drinking one beer ups to fifteen... One cigaret ups to twenty or more.

Wish to live like normal ppl(about beers and cigarets) but there is no way.

Ive tryed maybe hundred timed nothing chanced. One beer never enouf.

I quit both but not at the same time. When I quit smoking it was still cool to smoke anywhere not like now. None the less, I promised to quit before I turned 30 and I did. Sixteen years later I quit drinking. Both were really hard. When I quit smoking I had no intention whatsoever of quitting drinking. I honestly don't know if quitting both would be twice as hard as quitting one and I'm glad I don't have to find out! I do know that my life is better and cheaper without either one of those vicious addictions. If you can shake them off you will feel so much better.

Yes that stuff even wery expensive. Once didnt go to see girlfriend because my money was not enouf to both dinner with gf or drinking nighttime. I chosed drinking im still in shame.

over the years i smoked cigarettes did various drugs and drank. I quit all but alcohol here and there only to do them again and so on. but it was not until i quit booze that i was able to quit the rest and be done with it all.

seemed like for me booze was the main issue all along the rest kinda just crumbled once i took that out of the equation.

dont they say cigarettes are the gateway or marijauna or something? for me booze was.
