So, i posted yesterday after being gone for some time. I did relapse in part due to anxiety/nervousness i think. Well i would like to try to get those fellings out here instead of pushing them done with the help of alcohol, so here goes. I really have been embarrassing myself at work lately with these irrational bouts of crying. I did this again on friday during a meeting, exused myself to the bathroom and left sick for the day. I notified my boss through email and phone message. So now i am feeling nervous about facing her today along with my coworkers who will surely ask what happened to me. Ugh...

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time of it Buttonpusher. I deal with anxiety as well and I ended up needing to treat it as a completely separate issue from my drinking/addiction. Most likely it will get better over time but don't rule out seeing a counselor/therapist if it doesn't improve.
