As far as I'm concerned, if I choose to accept someone it's warts and all. I'm not a fair weather friend.

I'll be there if they vent and I'll be there when they have a better day.

And if something upsets me, I move on, I read another thread.

That's tough Hawk. I wish it was better for you. I am sure it is hard to be around.

Had another walk but very leisurely, just to get out. There were great, rolling clouds to filter the sun. After a cool bath and some reading I am feeling refreshed. It feels good to have sore muscles. I missed that!

I thought I'd die on the mini stepper Hawk. Can you believe I was once actually athletic? Competition bores me, but that I did those long, hard practices was something I always felt good about. I can't wait to feel strong again.

I'm even doing the laundry today.

You've got some great Farmer's Mks. in your city sleepie. . . what about getting up really early if it's a cooler day and going to one?
Get some really nice in season veggies for yourself and make a stir fry, some nice salads, etc.

If you get there when they open, it shouldn't be too hot and I bet you'll enjoy the positive energy of the place and the people.
I go nearly every week to our little one and I plan my cooking around what I got that's in season and a good buy

I love the farmers markets but they are so expensive. There is actually a good one tonight but I think it closes before bf gets home and I'd like for him to see it. I may do that though when I make a little scratch!

Actually ATM it is 87 in here but only at 49 humidity and I feel ok. I want to attribute it to 4 7 8 breathing and exercise but I only just started those things. I do have to get right in the shower and cool off after exercise.

I have been making sure to exercise to the point of sweating.

maybe try to bargain with one of those farmers! I bet you can talk them down in price.....

you inspire me, just not sure what to do first, I don't like making decisions right now or just yet....

Keep moving forward!!!

What are you trying to do sugarbear?

I have to say that exercise makes me feel good right now, even better than healthy eating. I am so, so happy I found what might be the ideal thing for me with my mini stepper. I have to be cautious with exercise due to an eye condition. This thing is the best plus it's compact and one of those things you can do while you grab an episode of your favorite show.

maybe you can find a distributer the farmers markets here are actaully full of local farmers but also the distributers show up and sell as well.

30 minutes walking is great! Especially in the heat, with your sensitivity, but even under ideal conditions 30 minutes walking is terrific.
