Suze was the Angel of SR for me during that ordeal. I will never forget it.

So gorgeous!!! The colors in the night and morning sky ... so beautiful.

We get to see your sunsets and sunrises, Suze. I love it!!

Is that a huge palm in the background?

Well, I'm back from the six month checkup and I have to say ... it's pretty crazy to see the x-rays because I can see the dog bone shaped metal fasteners on both sides of my lower jaw ... and I could see the bone hasn't completely fused back on the right side ... which totally explains the extra soreness. Which, by the way, he explained is totally normal and to be expected. He will see me once more at the year mark to make sure the bone has fused completely.

Interesting stuff, anyway.

Yes, it's a palm.

And both pics were this morning within a minute or so of each other. I am having fun with this stuff...

Yes...it must be a little disconcerting to see those fasteners, but the bone is fusing, so that is just awesome. Imagine six months from now...no pain, and just a perfect bite and smile.

Well, that sounds like good news, Jennie. And, you know things are healing normally and the expectation is that you will be completely healed within the next few months. Yay!

Suze, I love taking photos of sunsets and sunrises and isn't it amazing how quickly the sky can change!

Was out in the marshes today exercising and tried to take some pics but I need a phone as this one kept turning off when I took a photo I've recently bought two new semi decent phones that have both had problems so will be getting a new one very soon so with all that said here are two pics from today

A swan hissed at me as its babies must have been nearby I thought it was swimming over to say hello she wasn't saying hello lol

The swan before it swam over to me - I found this image pretty poignant as I saw the swan by a half sunken canal boat don't know why just resonated with me

Wolfie, I, too, love that swan and sunken canal boat pic! It's great.

I took the vacay pics with my cell phone. Just think what we could do with a nice, fancy camera. Lol.

I am shaken and still upset about an incident at the DMV about an hour ago. The woman who renewed my license publically insulted and emarrassed me... she practically accused me of lying about my height and weight. And then she called me 'older' to my face! I still cant believe it. I was so angry my face turned red and my hands started shaking.

Then a man standing behind me yelled at me to ask me if I was done.

I am trying to get over it. Never in this lifetime would I have done that to another woman.

I told her to get a measuring tape if she didnt believe me. Omg, I was so shocked.
