CONGRATS, charx! That is huge. I will be at 8 weeks tomorrow, and have really begun incorporating the same, especially getting back to regular exercise. Drinking plenty of water is a new one too. It's amazing to find out what we're capable of when we say good-bye to alcohol. I'm very happy for you!
