35 months tomorrow

I'm celebrating 35 months tomorrow. It's been up and down with the addiction struggle, but mostly up. I've had other problems lately. Slight depression the last six months due to family circumstances. Things will get better and I think it will ease soon. Not severe enough to take any medications but possibly some counseling is in order soon. I will come back next month stronger and happier. It will then be 36 months. I'm telling you all this, in case anyone thinks that life will happen even without alcohol addiction. It's how you deal with those challenges that will define you. You don't take a drink. You find other venues or help through more wholesome methods than the devil drink.
