I love that old recovery answer to the question as to how one achieves long-term sobriety/recovery: don't drink/drug and don't die. Keeping it simple.

It works.

Going to the San Diego Zoo today (largest zoo in the world).

Question:
Why would I wish to introduce a foreign substance into my mind, body and soul today ?

After what I have been saved from,
that would be an insane thought to entertain.

289 feel great. although last night I had vivid dreams of being drunk. It was awful and woke up feeling hungover. Restless sleep I guess. Anyone else experienced this? Can't wait to celebrate 1 year September 12!
