Day 3 of recovery
 

Day three and I'm feeling much sharper, although very tired, bit of a headache and upset tummy. Other than that can feel the haziness lifting. I'm concentrating "normally" when not exhausted ;)

Going to a Nepalease restaurant soon with DH and trying the traditional tea. So all in all still having a fab time...sober!

At three days you should mostly be over the physical withdrawal. Stay sober and each day will get better. :)

The first few days were the worst for me. As least has pointed out each day will get a little bit better.
