I finally figured out the source of my knee pain: anti-fatigue mats! I went back to bare concrete and got better fast. I guess they were too soft and added stress. So I'm much better now.

Glad you figured out the source of your knee pain Trach. I know that was a relief to you. Both of my knees give me problems intermittently... I think it's age related. I guess I'll have to see a specialist at some point, but I'm making out ok for now. "What a drag it is gettin' old.." Of course, the alternative is much worse.
Anyone else suffering with allergies right now? I'm utterly miserable; Allegra is not getting the job done at all. I need it to rain, that always helps a little ....
Better days are ahead friends; I just know it. Stay strong.

No allergies croutie- but I caught two seperate flus one after another that had me in bed for almost 2 weeks on and off.
I rarely get sick so it was really hard to take.
I hope it rains for you xx

I'm just working a lot right now. Going to work all weekend so I can take Dad out for a golf day for his birthday. He'll be 80 on the 25th and still beats me at golf. I arranged a free round for him at the first course he ever played and we get to take a foursome for really cheep. He's bringing some of his regular buddies so it should be fun for all.
