12 Step Retreats - Resources

What are good websites and other resources of where I can find listings of 12-step program retreats around the country?

I've just been on a retreat called 'Came to Believe' in which participants are taken through the steps in the way Clarence Snyder (one of the founder members of AA) was shown by his sponsor, Dr Bob.

They run in various places across America and England, I'm not sure where else or where you live, but I can thoroughly recommend it. I've had the most amazing spiritual experience.

I'm going to an All 12 Steps Women's Retreat July 15-17 2016. Location Sierra Madre, CA. If you're interested just let me know.

Thanks, ladies! :-) Both of those retreats sound great! Where do you hear about them? Is there a website online that lists retreats?

I'm not sure I'm allowed to post a link. Google 'Came to believe' retreats, they have their own website.

I'm glad you mentioned them. I've been wanting to go on one for some time now.

Try the intergroup website or use the phone and call. There is often a flyer for each event posted in the office as it's a clearinghouse of resources!

I search: AA city state and look for the website that ends with .org

or I put in the country/city/town for places around the world

12 step clubs/alano clubs usually have announcement boards with flyers. some of their websites will have the flyers on them, too.

also, area and district aa websites can have the flyers, too.
