Thanks - spoke to the doc early this morning and he said it is normal to feel a bit off when you quit like that. My eyes feel blurry, but he said not to take anything unless I start feeling some panic and/or palpitations, and at that point, take 1/2 xanax and drop the klono completely. xanax will relieve me quick and exits the body quick. So, we'll see just how hard this is going to be.

Sounds like you are off to a positive start!
It's so difficult when you in the cycle, but keep moving forward
with little steps and you will be surprised where you can be in a month.

Love the Gibson as well--I'm with Scott

Well done on your positive start. Have you got the weekend clear to spend a little time relaxing?

I have both grandkids today so the older one is helping. Then the weekend is free and next weekend me and my wife are headed to Southern Va. to a retreat cabin 100 feet from the river where I can fish, hike, and find my life again!

Thanks for the support - it seems easy right now but I am sure it will get tough on me when something happens to stress me. Gotta stay strong!
