I'm awake right now when my hubby is sleeping . Been married for 18 years . I have 2 teen boys, which my youngest son's best friends killed himself 2 weeks ago . I wake up shaking and afraid that if I don't have my vodka I'll feel too horrible . It hurts to detox .

If you wake up shaking from withdrawal, it would probably be a good idea to get medical assistance to detox. I spent a week at a no-cost detox program, and it changed my life.

Read around and post often. I hope you find the help you need!

Sorry I didn't give an update sooner. I went to my doctor and he gave me meds to detox properly . I'm doing so much better. My son is getting over the shock of his friends death and we had a great family weekend recently . Sky's are getting blue and pretty again .
