I have seen both perform. Patti emanates spirit over the entire audience, I mean I was taken aback by this, I'd never felt that way at a performance before.

And once again it happened when I saw Bill Clinton in the street. Weird.

I put stock in cathartic activities. I mean like what Karen Finley did with her funeral thing. Her description of it was funny.

Never got too into the whole performance art thing. I was surrounded by it in school and it was a boring contest of shock and exhibitionism. Yawn. A whole lot of attention seeking rich kids too.

Yay for 90 days Sleepie!

Good day today, been feeling lethargic and kinda weak since I've been sick; but I went to the river and the water, sunshine, cool air and birds chirping made me feel a lot better

Also, I have a huge lilac bush in my yard and it's starting to bud, the grass in my yard is also a bit green and a weed is growing.
That pleases me

I might paint a tree tonight too.

Painting an image of one! I don't paint or write much since quitting drinking, I'm trying to force myself to do things and make new habits in the creative department.
I still do, just not as much as I like.

I'm really not an artist, I just really love painting, and the only things I paint are landscapes.
Nothing deep, complicated or interesting.

Mostly I like writing apocalyptic or post apocalyptic stories.

The painting and writing is mostly just to delight and amuse myself.

Yesterday I had a little something going on some canvas and today I have stared at the canvas all day and done nothing 'cause I really don't feel anything at all, and I was only making light decorative pieces anyway.

Lol I recently threatened my bf with a clip on man bun. I think I'm gonna go for it.

We play "hipster bingo" here, or we used to- like we'd text each other when either of saw for instance: man bun, neck beard, thigh gap, gutter punk, mustard, maroon or green jeans... well I guess it's more of a "hipster neighborhood" bingo really.
