hi ...im just chillin trying to get some sleep...nothing seems to help..especially booze......has an adverse reaction in me after 35 years...and 22 years of AA....

no.....had 10 years though from 99 to 09....best years of my life...applied the principals in my life on a daily basis and life was good....strayed and my life went to hell,including my wife and kids and everyone else who mattered in my life...

willingness is one of the the keys I lack....I get it back for a couple years and I loose it for some reason....and then honesty and being openminded goes out the window....

to be honest with you,i think triggers are a cop out....I can say my life is in the toilet because I lost my wife after 27 years or my kids don't want to be bothered with me or the IRS took my business...********...I chose to have all that happen to me....sometimes its worse knowing I willingly did this to myself and my loved ones...
