not to good for me.....alcohol has shut my pancrius down,im a brittle diabetic,my body does not produce insulin,i don't digest any fat in my liver,and every doctor tells me if I drink,i die......am I suicidal if I drink?sometimes I just don't give a ****

I don't think you consciously chose to have those things happen you chose to pick up a drink thinking that it might work this time 'round.

Sounds like you are punishing yourself for the losses. Add self-forgiveness to your three keys.

I don't even think you need a bunch of keys, just a desire to get sober, and I guess that does need the willingness. Why not give it a try, it's something that won't create more losses.
