Just okay... for me it is two steps forward and one step back... at the Celebrate Recovery meeting I go to on Fridays they were handing out chips... they even had a "falling off the wagon chip" but I didn't bother getting one because every month I would be collecting that same chip.

This is what I am struggling with... we are all a mixed bag of genetics and environmental influences... I am slowly (ever so slowly) learning, seeing, feeling, where and how my dysfunction has come about.

Am I or can I be a victim of my upbringing and/or genetic makeup?
