Thanks everyone here for the support! Going to see a Doctor 200 miles away tomorrow morning , to hopefully find out my root cause of wanting to drink all the time , and being bored without it (12 days now).

Hope you get your answers and achieve your outcome. I seem to have the same problem I am rather bored without alcohol rather than being dependant as i can go without it but the boredom that alcohol free life generates for me is huge and i give in to the temptation to spend some time with the good ol friend listening to music xD I think people like us have this problem because we have had no hobbies ever since teen years and alcohol has become somewhat of the main hobby therefore generates boredom and it's going to be the same for a gamer who has been gaming for years and suddenly stops, he will be bored for long time until he finds new hobby.
