Family member dying of alcoholism

He is in the hospital now. Police did a welfare check and found him passed out on the floor in his house bloated. There is evidence of organ failure and it sounds like his time here is limited. Please may I ask for a prayer for him? Best case scenario would be the health department intervenes finally or he passes quickly. The last time we saw him at Easter he wasn't good. Yellow eyed and stumbling. The family is very dysfunctional. None of the siblings are taking any action and directing their kids to get involved. It's just not right what's happening.

He is still in the hospital. They are trying to get him into a care facility but no one will take him because he is so belligerent. He is threatening and yelling and cursing at the medical staff and family that flew thousands of miles to help. There is security on standby and he needed to be restrained at one point. They estimate he was passed out on the floor for about 3 days with a PBT of 1.3 after they found him so it would have been a lot higher than that before. He soiled himself. There were beer bottles and vodka bottles scattered throughout the house. The pets were starving. The medics told one family member that he had never seen alcoholism this bad. This is his second hospital trip in one week. He fell earlier this week which we knew nothing about. The doctor said the best thing to do at this point is to prepare for his passing and make sure everything is in order, which it is. Very sad. Our cousin said its like its not even him. It's not the same person. The words that came out of his mouth weren't him. He is yellow from head to toe and frail. Very angry. This is heartbreaking.
