I think I am closing in on 3 weeks no benzos.
This time last year I was holed up in my place, drinking and taking xanax daily. Today is just a few days off from my first serious attempt to quit in several years. I failed after 5 weeks but got back on , and off and on for months then had my 3.5 month stretch. Today I am entirely off alcohol and benzos, you all know those benzos were a real feat. I still can't believe each day that passes I am free of benzos.
I enjoy being out and realizing I left without my pills and knowing I won't have to worry about it.
2016 the sober year.
