Oooooh, a documentary about people obsessed with Tiffany!

I've been watching Homeland episodes. At least I am not watching Blacklist episodes.

Well guys I have been in bed for 2 days depressed and paralyzed with anxiety, that's all I'll say about it.

Sleepie, it's not that unusual to crash and burn 10 days to two weeks after our last dose of benzo.

It's sort of the nature of the beast. Our bodies not only go through detox from the drug, but it takes the brain weeks to rewire after we've depleted the benzo from our system. It passes.

Hence the protracted withdrawal some of us go through.

But the elephant in the room here is you reaching 90 days off booze. Big accomplishment.

Sleepie,

You are amazing.

I remember just lying in my bed staring at a wall -- every day felt like forever.

But it will get better, I promise.

Hang in there 95 day buddy,

XX

it's not the benzos guys it's my health issues and waiting for more test results and severe stress due to unintended weight loss and no my appetite has not changed at all as a matter of fact I have been overeating in fear of losing more weight and it stays the same or I lose a couple pounds. I've also never, ever lost weight from just quitting drinking I am the kind of person who has to work very hard to lose weight and have to lose a lot for anyone to even notice.
There are just to many things wrong for it all to be independent of each other. There's no way I will be fine after the amount I drank and for how long so to come this far just to have dr after dr appointment and waiting and tests and stress it is way too much for me to handle.
The "wait and see" game is especially excruciating for someone with high anxiety to begin with
ok sorry I won't say anymore I know people don't like to hear bad news or "bummer" type of stuff.

You're doing amazing, your bf doesn't sound as if he understands what you're going through. The way I see it is while giving up addiction, that people are either helping or hindering you! Sounds harsh but I find the best thing to do is cut out all the negative people, helped and still helps me massively.

Ive been overeating too to try and stop the weight loss, it just stays the same or i still slowly lose it.

However, ive resorted to adding in healthy foods, for breakfast i had oatmeal with wheat toast, lunch is chicken with a tasty sauce, brown rice and broccoli

I got root veggie stew cooking in the crockpot as well,

I figure, if im really sick, or going to die or not, im not doing myself any favors by eating junk.

Of course i dont 100% believe that but im faking it for now, hopefully until i actually believe it

Tomorrow im making myself a fruit smoothie with oats, bought a ton of fruits at a store in a town about an hour from here, fresh,

should be good
