2 weeks sober

Hey all ! Morning or evening or afternoon for those in different countries than the US

I am about to take my lil dachshund on a walk and I can wear a hoodie now cause its getting cooler ! I love fall. Bring on Halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas hehe.

Anyways I made it 14 days without drinking its been a true test to my will power. Its been real liberating tbh. To tackle alcohol addiction is tough as hell and it has such control over you if you let it. Reading stories here inspires me to keep on track and move forward without alcohol in my life. So far so good.. Lil anxiety and stuff but no cravings ! No sweating or shakiness ! GOOD Sleep too , that's the best part.

Fantastic, Dru!! Life is so much better without alcohol. I spent the weekend doing things rather than lying on the couch hungover. That was a pleasant change.

Melbourne had the inaugural Dachshund race in the city recently. Here's a little taste... :-)

Thanks! Things are getting better that's for sure. I am not even battling craving alcohol on the weekends, it's crazy !!
