One Year
As yesterday it's been one year since my last dance with alcohol.

Thank you guys for being here through the good and the bad. I know I don't chime in much unless it's actually useful (and that's a good thing) but you guys have helped me.

Not really. The best way I can describe my relationship with alcohol: it's like an old high school bully. I'm 40 btw. It made me do things I didn't want to do and embarrassed me. I genuinely just don't like it anymore.

I also know I'm one drink away from a two week bender and lying in bed helpless.

I'd say exercise has helped me more than anything.
