Well one thing that helps me is to think about...if I wake up sober and without the hangover and other ugliness tomorrow am I going to be thinking "Damn I really wish I had gotten drunk last night!"
or even going to bed sober are you going to be wishing you were going to bed drunk instead (and knowing what you probably have to look forward to the next day)?

The world is a crazy place but would you rather spend 20 years more doing what ur doing , drinking to solve your problems and maybe only having that to live? Or would you rather have 40 more years ? I'm only 6 days sober so I feel your pain. That voice in your head, you just have to combat it with a distraction.. find that distraction and it goes away .. Keep your head up
