Never was past three days before, at least not that I can remember!! My first weekend sober. Actually got a ton of work done. This holiday weekend will be my first one sober since forever. And according to my calculations I'm $56 richer than if I'd still be drinking!!

Thanks for the support. I can tell my body has a lot of healing to do. I am drinking water like mad, but also passing it too. I suppose I am in the process of detoxing.

My weight is holding steady. Initially I lost a few pounds. I think I am holding onto some water weight at this point due to the huge fluid intake. I am exercising more so maybe in time the weight will drop.

I'm in the process of confessing my transgressions to those I have hurt, those I have deceived, as well as rebuilding my reputation. It will all take time.

Congrats :$ . I'm just finishing day 3. Feels good just to have a clear head. I find that doing the things I used to enjoy while drinking I still enjoy even more, plus I'm better at them. Such as my music playing
