Fit , Fresh and Free
good morning it is 8.00 am here and i am about to leave for work as the title says i am fit fresh free and raring to go thank god for sobriety. I have dressed myself accordingly physically, mentally and spiritualy and can now go and face with out fear what the day brings. Gone are the days that i was a slave to alcohol and the fears that it brings. What a gift to me and my family.
As far as alcohol goes after complicating this for over 25 years i ask myself two simple questions
1/can i guarntee my behaviour whilst drinking
2/ can i stop and stay stopped
the answer to both these questions allowed me to accept my problem with alcohol and this acceptance gives me freedom
