I AM SO LoST
I don't know what to do any more. I have hit the bottom and somehow I keep going down. A door has opened and I am still falling. I can't take this any more. I am no good and am not doing anyone good. I have been lost for so long I don't know where I am. I give up. I am done. I want to end it all very soon.

Hi Aiden. Try to just get some sleep tonight, and worry about this tomorrow. Keep talking to us on here if you can't sleep. I have felt as you do so many times, and good things have still always happened past them. We're here with you.

Sorry you have reached such a dark place. I've been there along with many others here. Don't give up. Life is sometimes hard but it is a gift and you have but one. I don't know your story but I am well aware of the feelings of futility your going through. As much as it doesn't seem like it right now it really doesn't have to be like this.
Please seek out some help before doing anything you can't change. Reaching out for help was the hardest thing I ever did but it saved my life. Please do the right thing and take care of yourself.

Many with our dis-ease have times of despair where we need additional help from specialists, is this your need? If so try your local hot line, doctor, and even local AA meetings where we are understood by people who have been this route too many times and have personal experiences to perhaps help.

I hope you found some local help Aiden, whether it was a meeting, a hotline or the ER. There is always hope and you have 100% say in whether or not you keep falling/drinking. We are always here to help too.

I hope you have sought crisis help due to how desperate you sounded in your post.
But what I can share with you, as someone who has messed up over and over again, is it is always worth doing the deal one more time! In 1987 I heard a woman talk who had struggled to stay sober for many years before she found some long term sobriety (actually more accurately, clean time as she was also a drug addict).
She said two things that have stuck with me for all these years and struggles:
"you didn't do anything wrong ... you kept coming back"
and more important! "a winner is a looser who never stops trying!"
Hang in there, get any help you can and never give up. you don't have to do this deal perfectly (what ever "deal" you are doing) but the important thing is to not give up when you hit a bump (no matter how big a bump it is).

I recommend speaking with a Dr and arranging some recovery based group therapy and attending meetings to help, but the bottom line is this stops when we stop drinking i know it seems impossible right now but trust me do what you have to do to remain sober count by the second by the heartbeat by the minute whatever helps if you want to send a msg you can anytime

I wish to end it all very soon too, Aiden. Not my life. Just my sufferings. Right? I understand bottomless pit. And then plus also, underground garage of bottomless pit that you not even know was there. And then, when in underground garage of bottomless pit you find freeze dry can of suffering, just in case you start to runs out.
What I try to say is, I get it. But, FACT IS, if you end it, you got 0% chance to ever feel better, yes? At least now, you got some chance. So if nothing else, go with odds. Some of us in same place as you, okay? I think just fact we here mean we got little bit fight left in us, yes?

You need to think about your son. He needs you! You need to talk to someone please for his sake. You have a great deal going for you! You have a wonderful son that loves you! You have a job! That is more than a lot of people have going for them. Please reach out and call someone, go outside and play with your son. The sunshine and getting outside will help.
