Tics.
I am tired, I just had a 2 and a half hour tic attack?
This happens when I stop drinking and benzoes.
Diagnosed Tourette's as a kid in the 80's- the dark ages for this disorder.
Anyway that is all.
My brain is effed.
I am sorry if you all are tired of hearing it. I even get sick of myself.
I wanted a drink so bad.

ah the good old insomnia.
sleep, shower or eat?
that will be the choice tomorrow because at this rate i have to be awake in 5. 5 hours to do one of those things, won't have time for all.
five and half hours seems like it should be enough but all i want to do is sleep when I can and i have to be exhausted to do it which is usually when the sun rises.
And I seem to need 9 hours now. for now anyway.
