Okay, I Need To Write This!
So, when I was practicing harm reduction (even though it did not work for me ), the program stated somewhere in its rules that it does marijuana maintenance for some people.
I think I may be one of these people?

I think you're desperately looking for loopholes.
There are a lot of crazy ideas out there.
Marijuana was the same for me as booze. Total self destruction.
I was the problem. I had a void in me I couldn't fill with drugs or things or people.
I've had much greater results healing that void....but the first step to that , I think, is abstinence.
You can't stop to heal yourself if you're always running away.

I guess I have to figure out what I am running away from.
But right now I feel at peace while on marijuana. There are no problems with me, everything is right and as it should be. What period of abstinence is going to take me away from this feeling, especially if there are no legal consequences?

I tried to answer your post seriously but honestly, you seem to be mostly amusing yourself right now.
I think you need to be mindful that this is a recovery board.
There are people here whose lives, or loved ones lives, have been wrecked by addiction to pot.
Smoke or not smoke - it's up to you.
But please keep the happy happy 'no problems' stoned stuff off the boards.
