Another day

Again I got through a day with support from you here. Thank you. I was
Having anxiety attacks earlier but sweated through them, literally. After not sleeping well last night I should be able to sleep I hope.

I will say though the nervous tics are exhausting and I wish I didn't

Thanks I need to hear it because everyday, every single day I am thinking about an ice cold beer, and I wish I was not alone. Boy friend is not coming to visit for hours and he is coming later now.

I am watching a lot of stand up but I think I saw all the good stuff, I like female comedians best I have netflix, I saw an excellent documentary on Divine called "I Am Divine"

If you haven't seen any Bo Burnham, he has an hour long special on Netflix that is brilliant and different. Highly recommend!

Hi Sleepie,

I just wanted to say I was reading through your threads and I'm so glad you're staying sober. It sounds like it's tough for you right now, but it will get easier. The fact that you never give up is amazing and I just wanted to say how inspiring you are.

Very awesome and I wish you all the best.

PS I love Divine and am a huge fan of John Waters movies. That was a great documentary about Divine.
