Sorry to post so much. Made it through some more days. 78 more to go to get to 90, feels like forever.
Though getting off benzos I don't even know if this time counts. Maybe I'm still damaging my body even though I'm not drinking.
I hope not.

Sleepie, you're making forward progress and that is most important. I meant to mention this a while ago. Have you ever read any Louise Hay? Her book, "You can Heal Your Life" really helped me in early recovery, you might give it a look.
