Day 6 Update
Well, it is a little over midnight where I am, so that makes it Day 6, which is now 1 day longer than my previous sobriety. Husband is home and drinking a beer, but it is not really bothering me since I am full (he brought me home a chicken terriyaki bowl).
I made plans with him tomorrow so we can have a schedule. I will get up, exercise, and then we will go and see Furious 7 at 4 pm. We will then go out to eat.
If I start to feel a craving, I will just be honest to him about it and go into our bedroom and read, study, or listen to music.
I feel that things are different this time but only because I am immersing myself in AA. The meetings really do have a strong effect on me. SR is also great because it gives me a safe place to go when I am home and he is drinking, and I am feeling vulnerable.

Well done and it sounds you've thought clearly about the potentially difficult and dangerous situations ahead.
Wishing you a great sober day.
I watched Birdman last night and I loved it, another benefit of sobriety is having the patience to watch a film all the way through and remembering it the next day!

i think that is great that you have a plan when you have a craving. i am back on day 14 and been getting them. i developed a plan like you and been good so far. but eating a nice meal does help a lot of my cravings

Hanging in there, although this movie is too long. Husband had beer before movie, 2 beers during movie. My craving is high, probably 8/10. I know I have to hang in there, I have worked too hard.

8 is high. Just come back to this thread- I'm irritable and hungry and stuck at work- let's do this together? I was actually considering going next door to buy a beer or get one later.
Let's NOT
and talk about it later
